How do I make pictures displayed full screen on my desktop?
On the "Options" page, under the "Set up the composition", use the following settings: Background: Original , Picture: Centered , Picture size: Maximum . This will make pictures occupy the full screen on the desktop.
Can I create my own picture packs?
Yes. It's possible and it's easy. Copy all of the pictures to a folder on your computer. Pictures must be JPEG (.jpg) files. Zip (compress) them up using any Zip utility, for example WinZip. Make sure there's no any paths stored in the Zip file, just file names. Add a comment to the Zip file using the following format:
[Pack]
Name=Pack Name
Substitute Pack Name with your preferred name for this pack.
That's it. You've now got a fully-featured, MoodBook compatible art pack ready to install into MoodBook!
To enjoy fast operation avoid including large JPEG files (over 10 MB in size) into your pack and keep your pack smaller - under 500 MB in size - if possible.
How can I extract certain pictures from the pack?
Please be aware that all pictures you purchased or downloaded for free from MoodBook web-site are copyrighted, and you cannot distribute any of them. You can only use them on your computer for previewing purposes.
MoodBook makes it easy to preview pictures as a desktop background (wallpaper) on any Windows computer.
But if you ever want to export any picture as a file, you can use "Export..." command. Select the picture in the MoodBook, right-click the mouse and choose "Export..." command from the pop-up menu. Picture will be saved as a JPEG (.jpg) file to your computer.
What is the resolution of the images?
Most packs come with an average source resolution of 1600x1200. Some packs have a higher average image resolution of up to 1900x1400 and more, and some of the older packs still have an average resolution of 1200x900. Pictures are reproduced in great detail and look great on any desktop display, including FullHD panels (1920x1080) and huge monitors of up to 2560x1600 in resolution.
